SRX5263180: Genome Sequence of Microcebus ravelobensis
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 27.6M spots, 13.8G bases, 7Gb downloads

Design: Single 500bp library on single lane
Submitted by: Duke University
Study: Sequencing and assembly of multiple individuals from a recent radiation of mouse lemurs.
show Abstracthide Abstract
Mouse lemurs are a group of primates that rapidly diversified in Madagascar. Making genomic resources available for this group enables investigation of the genetics underlying the speciation process. Mouse lemurs are also of conservation concern and genomic data can be used for testing historical demographic hypotheses to better evaluate conservation goals and understand the natural history of Madagascar.
